Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our team. This role focuses on evaluating injury-related pain conditions, performing office based ultrasound-guided procedures, and generating clear documentation to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain
• Develop and manage comprehensive, multimodal treatment plans
• Evaluate and recommend interventional procedures, including but not limited to:
• Epidural steroid injections
• Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks
• Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
• Joint injections (shoulder, knee, etc.)
• Review and interpret imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray)
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical records
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, chiropractors, and physical therapists
• Open to provide deposition or expert testimony

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Active and unrestricted CA medical license
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or medico-legal evaluations preferred but not required

Compensation

• $2000 for 4 hours, $2500 for up to 6 hours and $3000 for a full 8 hour shift
