Inpatient Rehabilitation Center is seeking a BC PM&R Program Director to help build and lead a brand-new PM&R residency program slated to start summer 2026
--Supported by a hospitalist team who provide medical treatment to rehab patients
--Combine administrative and clinical/teaching responsibilities
--Accredited with Stroke Specialty designation
--Full-service, level II trauma and acute-care hospita
--Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical activity in practice required/minimum 3 years of prior GME administrative experience and formal academic appointments required
--Documented scholarly activity within the past 5 years required (peer reviews, publications, review articles, textbook chapters, case reports, or scientific presentations)
--Strong administrative, team-building, and communication skills required
--Employed model with health benefits and professional liability insurance
