Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation Hospital Based job located in Indiana

Facility is seeking a full-time BC/BE Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for services 
- Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday with 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours
- Weekend call & rounding: 1:4 rotation
- Mix of outpatient clinic and consult services, primarily covering consults and ATO
- Opportunity to expand into ambulatory services
- Broad PM&R scope including stroke, TBI, orthopedics, neurology, spinal cord injury, pain, and neuromuscular disorders
