Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Locums Job in Indiana | PTO Coverage July and Ongoing | Inpatient Rehab Unit 

Our partnering health system is seeking full-time PMR locums coverage at one hospital as well as PTO coverage at their 2nd hospital. The locums physician will not be required to cover both facilities for the requested PTO dates listed below. Inpatient coverage only, general PMR rounding and rotating weekend call. All weekday shifts are 8am-4:30pm. An active Indiana license is required to apply.

Job Details:
--Start: July and ongoing for PTO coverage dates listed below
--Full time coverage needed, between 1-3 physicians
--Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
--No weeknight call required
--On call every 3rd weekend 
--Weekend call: Saturday 8am - Monday 8am. On site 8am-4:30pm followed by call
--Rounding required while on call 
--Patient volume: 12-15

PTO coverage also needed at 2nd hospital within same system: 
--July 8 - July 12, 2026
--July 29 - August 2, 2026
--October 19 - October 24, 2026

Locums Requirements:
--Active Indiana license and DEA required to submit candidate
--Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible 
--Facility Details: 
--Beds: 180+ 
--Level III Trauma Center
--Primary Stroke Center
