Details/Requirements of Assignment:
--Board Certified or Eligibility PM&R required 
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
--No call
--Outpatient only
--Bread & butter interventional pain procedures include Lumbar ESI, RFA, and trigger point injections
--Up to 25 patients/day
--Support staff includes 2 RNs, 1 LPN, and 1 APRN
--EMR Cerner
