- Monday and Wednesday surgical center 8am - 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday clinic 8am - 4pm
- 25 patients per day
- Outpatient setting
- Pain management procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, epidural injections
- 50% sports/ortho, 50% pain management, 10% medical rehab
- ACLS certification required
- No call requirements
- No weekend coverage
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
