Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (PM&R / Physiatrist) Morristown NJ
$300,000+ with Bonus Potential | Full time | established Physician led group
We are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our physician-led team in Morristown, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to work in post-acute care settings alongside a collaborative, compassionate, and highly respected physiatry group focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Our physicians provide consultations and follow-up care throughout the rehabilitation process while working closely with patients, families, rehab teams, physicians, and healthcare leadership. Responsibilities
- Perform PM&R consultations and follow-up care in post-acute rehab settings
- Round on patients regularly and monitor functional progress
- Collaborate with rehab teams, physicians, facility leadership, and families
- Attend interdisciplinary rehab meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships within facilities
- Work closely with Physician Assistants, PCPs, Orthopedists, and other providers
Requirements
- BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Active New Jersey Medical License
- Active DEA and CDS
