We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for a well-established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Las Cruces, NM. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical excellence with impactful program leadership.
Position Highlights:
- Medical Director role at an Inpatient Rehab Facility
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Approximately 20% administrative duties within scope of leadership
- Medical Director stipend
- Experienced interdisciplinary team and administrative support

- BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Interest in inpatient rehab, team collaboration, and clinical program growth
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on quality care and outcomes
