Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation Hospital Based job located in Ohio

Facility seeking a BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician 
General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
Hospitalists available for consults
Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
Time with patients who respect your care
Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay

Required: OH state license
