Specialty: Physical Medicine and Rehab
Hospital Location: Medford, OR
Reason for opening: Supplemental coverage so site is open to reviewing any availability and can be flexible on what the provider can offer.
Setting: Inpatient, sub -acute care
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8am-4:30
Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Call: Yes
Patients per shift: 8-10
Caseload: all adult, Sports Ortho - 10%, CNS 60%, Medical Rehab 30%
License: Oregon only
EMR: Epic
Office equipment: IRF located within hospital
