Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Locums Job | Texas | 05/26/2025-01/02/2026 | Assignment #109215

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified or Eligible
--Active Texas license or IMLC
--ACLS, BLS
--Will approve pre-screens, admit and follow up to 22 patients care while they are inpatient. Will sign IOPOC's and complete 3 face to face visits with each patient per week per CMS guidelines. Staff hospitalists will take all call.  Provider will have APP & hospitalist support.
--Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days
--EMR System: Epic
--Practice Setting: Inpatient
--Admissions required
--Bed in Department: 25
--Rounding: Assigned Patients
