Each day presents unique challenges and rewarding interactions. You will serve as a trusted ally right from the start of your patient’s recovery journey, whether assisting someone in regaining stability after surgery or encouraging them through the determined steps of post-stroke rehabilitation.

This role is not only physically demanding; it is also filled with emotional depth where expertise converges with compassion. You will assess needs, execute tailored treatment strategies, and adapt your approach as patients evolve. Being an integral part of a collaborative care team, you will play a vital role in discharge planning and safe transitions back home.
