Practice Information
- (Login for Information) is looking for a board certified/eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician for our 20-bed St. George Regional Hospital Neuro Specialty Rehabilitation Unit.
• (Login for Information) - .80 FTE inpatient; .20 FTE outpatient clinic is also available, if interested
- Physician has support of dedicated caregivers including nurses, aides, techs, PT/OT/Speech therapists, social workers, and nurse practitioner.

Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- ACGME fellowship-trained in rehab medicine
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

The area is known for its breathtaking scenery and is the gateway to the nation’s largest concentration of national parks.
