Medical Director - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician Locums Job in Washington | Clinic Hours + Call | Immediate and Ongoing | Assignment #112996

Coverage Needed:
-- Medical Director 
-- Immediate and ongoing
-- 20 hours per week

Shift Descriptions:
-- Clinic (8am-5pm) and Call (5pm-8am)

Requirements:
-- Board Certified 
-- Fellowship preferred
-- Must be licensed in Washington or IMLC
-- ABLS certification

Assignment Details:
-- Level IV trauma facility
-- 10-bed acute rehabilitation unit
-- Rounding on assigned patients and admissions
-- EMR: Epic
-- Average patients per shift: 8-10
-- Rounding is at least 3 face-to-face visits per week and a face-to-face prior to 24 hours after admission
-- On call would be if there are any issues 7-a-79 but there is a NP available from 2–7 PM and hospitalist available for consult
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
