Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation Hospital Based job located in Wisconsin

Facility is seeking a PM&R Medical Director
- The Physician will have a clinical focus on general physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Attend Team Conferences Covering, Regulatory clinical team to ensure compliance and pharmaceutical aspects regarding medications, patient safety, and quality of care; Medical executive committee collaboration; Review of KPI’s & Discharges
- Assessment and management of patients with long term functional limitations; development of a plan of care in consultation with other specialists 
- The ideal candidate must be proficient managing medically complex patients and comfortable taking care of a variety of rehab-related diagnoses on the unit.
- Not required to perform medical procedures, such as disc decompression, prolotherapy, and vertebroplasty
- Lead a team of medical professionals, which may include physical therapists as well as occupational therapists, with the goal of optimizing patient care 
- Monitor ongoing progress and health of patients and adjust treatment plans accordingly 
- Provide tools and guidance that allow that patient to adapt and improve overall health physical functioning 
- Counsel patients as well as their families
- Additional procedural opportunities may include botulinum toxin injections, baclofen pump management and EMG’s. Outpatient Clinic Available for EMG’s and Botox

- Specialty support includes Neurosurgery, Neurology, Trauma/Critical Care, Medical and Surgical Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Pain, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Nephrology
- Compensation: Base Salary Up to $700,000 Site Specific Potential, $150,000 Directorship Stipend, Up to $40,000 Compliance Bonu, Percentage of Net Collections, Protected Administrative Time , Benefits Include PPO Health, Dental, Vision, Dental, LTD, STD, Life, AD&D, 5 Weeks PTO + CME Time - 401K with match, Malpractice with Tail
