Shift Details: 
--Primary Care Clinic Coverage  
--Clinic hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday  
--No Call    
 
Requirements: Certifications: BLS  

Assignment Details: 
--Practice EMR: Cerner  
--Credentialling Timeframe: 30 days 
--Average number of Adult patients - 90   
--Average number of Peds patients - 10   
--Average number of clinic patients per physician per day: 18-20 scheduled   
--Clinic outpatients only, no hospital coverage   
--May see same day acute/walk ins if schedule can accommodate   
--Combination of 15/30 patients (existing patients/new patients) appointment types.   
--Total number of patients seen daily would be around 21  
--Sample of the visit types are: AWV Medicare, FM Est Sick, FM Est Sick Complex, FM Est Well, FM Est Well Complex, Same Day Acute, TeleHealth Est Phone - done in office, TeleHelath Est Phone Complex - done in office, TeleHealth Est Video, TeleHealth Est Video Complex
