Job Description

- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- 20 - 25 patients per day
- Community Health Center
- CA License Required
- Support staff includes 1 NP, 1 RN, 1 MA on site
- Strong care team support with Site Administrator and Medical Director
- Pain management and chronic pain patients
- EMR: Epic
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

From $70.00 to $85.00 hourly
