- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours weekly
- 18 - 20 patients per day -- 9 patients per 4-hour clinic session
- Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
- Patient population spans pediatric to geriatric care
- EMR: Epic
- Experience with chronic pain and addiction medicine required
- Charts must be completed same day during clinic hours

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
