MANDATED Job Requirements:
--ANCC/AANP or NCCPA Certified - required
--Active Colorado license - required
--Active BLS - required for credentialing
--Candidates must detail all shifts they are able to fill June-October 2025 and month/year provider can start - required to note
--Clean MP/Background - required

Job Description: 
--Setting: Clinic No Trauma/Not Rated
--FTE: 1.0
--Required Procedures/Job Duties: Preferred level 1 work comp certification. See injured workers and manage their care and referrals.
--Most patients scheduled, walk ins are possible. Similar to an urgent care environment, most patients are muscular skeletal injuries, lacerations, etc.
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: MA
--Reason for Coverage: medical leave and gaps in coverage
--Census: Patient population, Adult Admissions, 12-14
--Local drive in candidates is highly preferred
--Credentialing timeframe: 30 days, emergency temp privs available
