Physician Assistant Hospital Based job located in Colorado

Seeking a Locum OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant 
--Schedule: Primarily Clinic: 8am-5pm Monday- Friday, some hospital coverage
--Ideally would like a provider to offer full-time coverage.
--Call Schedule: 1 in 5 days, 1 in 10 overnight and weekend.
--Low risk pregnancy: 70%
--High risk pregnancy: 10%
--C-Section: 30%
--Office GYN: 10%
--Surgical GYN: 10%
--Average number of patients per physician per day: Clinic: 20
--Average number of deliveries per physician per week: 3
--Average number of GYN surgeries per week: Clinic 8
--5 OB/GYNs in group, 2 Mid-levels
--Lab and Ultrasound onsite
--Ultrasounds performed by: Tech
--Number of exam rooms: 11
--Office ancillary staff: 2 RN: 1 LPN: 6 MA; 3 PAS; 1 surgery scheduler
--Office equipment: Colonoscopy; LEEP; US; NST
--Hospital Trauma Level I
--Required experience:
    - Low risk pregnancy- PT's with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc. 
    - FHR interpretation- NST/CST/FSE 
    - Level I/screening (viability)
    - Routine delivery- vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for a C-section 
    - Complicated delivery - C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc. 
    - VBAC's 
    - Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
--Required: Board Certification, BLS, ACLS, NRP, OB/GYN experience, NPDB Self Query report within 30 days
