Vascular Surgery NP or PA Locums Job | 7 on, 7 off Inpatient + OR Coverage Starting in May & Ongoing

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility on the eastern Florida coast that needs one Vascular Surgery skilled APP (first assist required) to assist with the opposite schedule of another provider beginning in May 2026 and ongoing.

--5/4 7AM – 5/11 7AM
--5/18 7AM – 5/25 7AM
--6/1 7AM – 6/8 7AM
--6/15 7AM – 6/22 7AM
--6/29 7AM – 7/6 7AM
--7/13 7AM – 7/20 7AM
--7/27 7AM – 8/3 7AM
--8/10 7AM – 8/17 7AM

PRIVILEGE REQUIREMENTS: 
--Two leadership references + one peer reference (from past 24 months)
--Current case logs
--Clean background (no red flags or malpractice settlements)

Details/Requirements:
--Licensure: Active Florida license + current DEA
--Schedule: One Vascular APP for a 7-on / 7-off rotation
--Setting: Hospital-based rounding, consults, post-op follow-ups, and First Assist (all in collaboration with an MD)
--Hours: ~10–12 hours/day
--Call: Will cover night/weekend call for the entire 7-day stretch
--Clinical Requirements: Comfortable with carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm repair, varicose vein procedures, etc.
--Team: three surgeons total (1 perm / 2 locums), transitioning to 3 perm surgeons by July

Volumes:
* Inpatient: 15–20 patients/day (with surgeon)
* Procedures: 4–5 per day

Facility: 490+ bed Level II Trauma Center; full trauma support; Epic EMR
