Well-established friendly practice is seeking a Orthopedic Physician Assistant to help with increasing clinical volume. The PA will work across two locations, collaborating closely with Orthopedic Surgeons who specialize in spine, shoulder, and total joint surgeries. This role offers a unique blend of clinical and surgical responsibilities, providing comprehensive care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: First assisting in surgeries, including spine, shoulder, and total joint procedures Casting, consulting, and patient education Conducting patient evaluations, Handamp;Ps, and reviewing lab results Managing pre and post-operative care, including follow-ups Rounding in hospitals and attending local sporting events as needed Qualifications: Must be NCCA certified or eligible Strong clinical and surgical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including 401-K plan, health benefits, and CME allowance 3 weeks of vacation The Community: Location: As a suburb of Chicago, the area offers proximity to the amenities and opportunities of a major city while providing a quieter and more suburban lifestyle.
