- Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm with 1:3 weekday and weekend call rotation
- 1 - 3 surgeries per day
- Hospital with open heart team
- IN License Required
- 2 other first assist providers on staff
- EMR: Cerner
- Required skills: vein harvesting, first assist, full scope CVT, ECMO
- Must be available for minimum one year commitment

From $100.00 to $125.00 hourly
