Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner in Indiana | Premium Rates | Clinic, Call, and 24 Hour Call

Dates of Coverage: As soon as Credentialed and ongoing, prefer 7 on 7 off

Details/Requirements for Assignment #110634:
-- Temporary/ Emergency privileges available! 
-- 7on/7 off 7am start Monday-Sunday
-- Three different scheduled mentioned 
-- 1) Monday-Thursday 7:00a-4:30p with night call from 4:30p-7:00a 
-- Fri 7:00a-5:00p with night call from 5:00p-7:00a
-- Weekend call 24-hours (expect 4 hour day arriving at 6a for rounding)
-- 2) Monday-Thursday 6:30a-4:00p. Take ICU call 1-2 nights a week 4:00p-7:00a and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday 7:00a-6:30a on Monday morning. 
-- 3) Monday - Friday 6:30am- 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday rounding on inpatients in the morning 
-- Call will be 4:30pm to 6am on weekdays and 5pm-5am on weekends 
-- Job responsibilities:
-- Daily rounding, discharging, and medical management of patients
-- EVH – 10 years or 500 cases of experience 
-- OR - EVH hemapro 2; help train new APPs on EVH; some open vein harvest may be needed with some fem-pop surgeries usually done in a bridging technique
