- Monday - Wednesday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Thursday off, Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- Approximately 15 patients per day
- Clinic setting
- Pediatric to geriatric patient population
- 2 years NP/PA experience required
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances required
- Hospital privileges required
- Board certification required

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
