We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our Behavioral Health Urgent Care team for a full-time night shift position. Initially, the chosen candidate will undergo training during daytime hours, within current programming hours, until we transition to a 24/7 operational model. Current operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM and on weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. As we transition to a 24/7 operational model, this position will evolve to three 12-hour night shifts. All full-time employees in this role will continue to be compensated for 40 hours per week, regardless of shift duration. Full or part-time shifts available Qualifications: Masterand#8217;s degree. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program Fully licensed in the State of Michigan as a Physician Assistant, has Michigan Controlled Substance License, Current NCCPA certification. Three (3) yearsand#8217; experience working as a Certified Physician Assistant AND three (3) years clinical experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or developmental disabilities, including assessment, medication management, and crisis intervention in the outpatient or inpatient setting. Compensation andamp; Benefits:Salary Range:$113,064.44 To $151,752.74 Annually for full-time. Medical, vision and dental benefits available at no premium for our staff and their dependents.
