COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Cardiac Surgery PA (CVT-PA)
- $150,000 Salary Guarantee
- $90.00/hour call back pay
- $30,000 signing bonus/Relocation combined

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Cardiac Surgery PA (CVT-PA)
- Surgical PA-First Assist; vein harvesting, valve replacement, etc.
- Cardiac, Thoracic & Vascular cases
- Work Division: 70% surgical, 20% hospital based, 10% Clinic
- Be the right hand of CVT surgeons
- Modern Hospital/OR's Opened in 2014/100 million expansion now. Program has 4 interventional cardiologists, 1 Invasive, 1 EP and 2 Structural cardiologists; Doing TAVR, Mtral Clip, Watchman, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Cardiac Surgery PA (CVT-PA)
- PA with 1st assist Surgery Experience
- Endoscopic vein harvesting skills (ideal, but will train)
- Work Well in Team Environment; "Culture & Fit" key here
