Neonatology APP needed in Southern New Mexico to join a team currently transitioning from a NICU Level II up to a Level III NICU with 24/7 in house NNP support. The city offers vibrant cultural traditions, and the local state university campus fosters educational and economic vibrancy. Currently a level II NICU transitioning to a level III.  12-bed NICU w/plans to expand to 20+.  Advanced NICU procedures required - (intubation, UVC/UAC placement, chest tubes, lumbar puncture.  24/7 in-house NNP coverage.  largest NICU in Southern New Mexico, there is significant opportunity to mold the unit and help foster its growth.  Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants welcome to apply.  Competitive salary with full benefits provided.
