Physician Assistant Hospital Based job located in New York

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care / ICU team
- Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Opportunity for a balanced schedule within a collaborative ICU model
- This provider will work collaboratively with intensivists, physicians, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill patients
- Participate in daily rounds and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Develop and implement treatment plans in coordination with attending physicians
- Respond to clinical emergencies and codes as part of the critical care team
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and care plans
- Competitive salary based on experience $115k - $140k
