Seeking a locum Emergency General Surgery Physician Assistant
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available 
• We are looking at either Three 12's or Four 10's. 
• Day shift 0700-1700 Monday – Thursday 
• Clinical Description: You will work with the team to round on pre-operative and post-operative floor patients, assist with seeing new consults, facilitate patient care, and may be asked to help in post-operative clinic. This is primarily a non-operative role. 
• Support Staff: Daily staffing for Emergency General Surgery service is 1 attending surgeon, one upper level resident (PGY 4/5), and one junior level resident (PGY 1/2). 
• Practice EMR: Cerner Powerchart
• Desired experience with acute surgical conditions: abdominal pain, appendicitis, GB disease, bowel obstruction, hernias, diverticulitis, pancreatitis, perforated viscus, soft tissue infection
• Required: NC license and DEA
