Job Description

Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Humble TX (20 miles N of Houston)

We are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Humble TX. We are seeking a provider who is committed to treating the whole person, someone who enjoys working with a respected team providing high quality care and is experienced with or eager to learn more about regen medicine and trigger point/joint injections. At our Integrative Pain & Wellness Clinic we’re on a mission to radically improve how people experience pain relief and whole-body healing—without surgery, prescriptions, or dead-end treatment plans. We blend medical services, functional rehab, and chiropractic care under one roof to create real results for real people. Our dedicated team of MD, physicians, providers, therapists, and support staff, work together to provide our patients with the highest level of care.

Duties:

  • Evaluation and Management of all new patients - using evidence-based protocols
  • Develop and implement treatment care plans
  • Order imaging studies as needed
  • Provide medical expertise to patients and staff
  • Perform or assist with regenerative therapies and joint injections. Provide injections for healing of joints to include, but not limited to PRP, stem cell, peptides and trigger point injections when necessary
  • Evaluation and management for re-examinations and functional examinations
  • Coordinating with staff daily encounter notes and expectation for physical rehab exercises
  • Stay up to date with current techniques and services available to patients in an integrated medical practice
  • Participate in community events, workshops, and social media engagement
  • Support the clinic’s growth through presence, passion, and professional excellence

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant Program (PA)
  • Experience with providing injections or willingness to be trained
  • PA/NP license to practice in TX
  • Spanish speaking is a plus!

Schedule:

  • Full time (Mon-Fri with ½ days on Tue/Friday) 36 hrs per week

Salary:

  • $60/hour plus profit sharing/bonus compensation

Benefits:
