Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Colchester VT (15 min N of Burlington)
Part time | $65-$70/hour + bonuses
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient regenerative medicine practice in Colchester, VT. This flexible part-time position offers 2–6 days per month with competitive hourly compensation and bonus opportunities.
Our practice specializes in advanced regenerative and non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. We are looking for a provider with strong clinical skills, injection experience, and a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with joint and/or trigger point injections
- Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal conditions
- Orthopedic, PM&R, sports medicine, or pain management background preferred
- Positive, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to travel to North Carolina for provider training
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and consultations
- Review imaging, medical records, and clinical data
- Develop diagnoses and treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options and care plans
- Perform joint and trigger point injections
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff
- Assist in ongoing patient care management
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Active Vermont PA or NP license
- Injection experience preferred (joint or trigger point)
- Orthopedic or physical medicine experience is a plus
