Seeking an experienced ARNP/PA-C with demonstrated leadership skills and clinical excellence for an APP Supervisor position in Wenatchee, WA. Highlights: Position is four and#8211; 10-hour shifts per week Busy, high-quality rural practice, mentoring program, collaborative and supportive team-based care environment Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise a team of APPs Collaborate with leadership in achieving organizational goals and performance outcomes of APPs in their department Primary responsibilities include leading and managing staff, including APP department role optimization, performance evaluations, recruitment, hiring, and orientation This position reports directly to the department practice manager/SLD. Collaborates with the department physician manager. Approximately 10% of time is devoted to the team lead administrative duties and 90% to maintaining clinical practice within his/her respective department. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse and ARNP licensure or Active Physician Assistant licensure with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington, required by start date.
