Job Description

Seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team in the Kennewick, WA area.Details: Full-time position Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to diverse and underserved patient population Monday to Friday schedule for creating a healthy work-life balance Clinic offers a wide range of services - from dental care, optometry, and pharmacy needs to behavioral health and endocrinology The PA will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, culturally competent healthcare services, with a strong focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough physical exams and obtain complete medical histories Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with supervising physicians Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, joint injections, and others as appropriate Order and interpret diagnostic tests including blood work, imaging studies, and EKGs Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state laws and practice protocols Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and preventive care Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff Maintain current knowledge of medical practices, policies, and regulatory requirements Compensation/Benefits: Competitive salary - $124k-$167,400/year DOE Relocation assistance to ease the transition for you and your home Opportunities for loan repayment through State and NHSC programs Sponsorship for J-1/H-1B Visas Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement with employer match, and paid sick/vacation time Generous support on Continuing Medical Education (CME) Malpractice and tail coverage for peace of mind providing care No state income tax, maximizing your earnings Community:Nestled in southeastern Washington, this vibrant community offers a unique blend of small-town charm and high quality of life, with abundant sunshine, scenic riverfront parks, and a strong sense of safety and cleanliness.
