Family Medicine PA Locums Job in Washington | 24 Hours Weekly | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #111722

Coverage Details:
-- Start upon credentialing approval
-- Ongoing Assignment
-- Estimated Credentialing: 90–120 days (clean malpractice history may qualify for expedited privileges)

Shift Description:
-- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
-- Schedule: 4.8 hours/day on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 9.6 hours on Wednesday
-- Total Weekly Hours: 24 hours

Requirements:
-- Board Eligible or Board Certified
-- Washington License
-- BLS
-- DEA, NPI & Prescriptive Authority

Practice Setting:
-- Inpatient psychiatric unit
-- Provider responsible for one floor on Tue/Thu/Fri and two floors on Wed
-- Each floor has 35 beds
-- Patients per Shift: 4+
-- Support Staff: 3–4 RNs
-- EMR: Epic
