Lakeside community in central Washington is seeking an Emergency Medicine NP/PA. Board-certified/Board-eligible Physician Assistant with recent acute care experience..  Due to the high acuity of patients and autonomy of the role ED experience is required..  Advanced Practice Provider shifts are 2p-2a and will work with three physicians on their shifts of 7a-7p, 10a-10p, and 7p-7a..  APPs see patients independently and have good support from physicians (a physician will always be on staff during their shift). APPs see all patients in the ED, however physicians manage the sickest patients..  Yearly compensation is $151,200..
