Clinic Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Locums Job in Wisconsin | November 3rd and Ongoing

One of our partnering clinics in Wisconsin is seeking an NP or PA to assist with Sleep Medicine coverage in Wisconsin beginning November 3 and ongoing. The locums APP will work closely with sleep medicine physicians to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices. 

Details/Requirements:
--NP or PA with Sleep Medicine experience 
--Outpatient clinic only
--Start date: November 3 and ongoing 
--Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
--Will accept candidates with 1-4 weeks of availability 
--Active WI license required prior to start
--EMR: EPIC
--Conduct initial assessments for new patients presenting with common sleep-related concerns such as insomnia, sleep apnea, and restless leg syndrome.
--Manage follow-up care for stable patients, including medication adjustments, behavioral recommendations, and coordination of sleep studies.
--Interpret sleep study results and integrate findings into treatment plans under physician supervision.
--Active Wisconsin license required prior to start
