Job Description
A highly respected behavioral health clinic in Southern Michigan is seeking a BC/BE Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values work-life balance, flexibility, and collaboration in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The Opportunity
Flexible scheduling options - choose part-time, full-time, or a mix of telehealth and in-person hours to suit your lifestyle
Collaborate with a team of physicians, MAs, RNs, and LPNs in a team-oriented, collegial environment
Zero in-person call requirements - rare after-hours calls, with only phone consultation when needed
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: Competitive base salary with potential for additional bonuses and incentives
Comprehensive benefits package - includes health, dental, vision insurance, and more
Generous time off - 16 vacation days, 13 recognized holidays, 6 personal days, and up to 90 sick days annually - that's 125 days off each year!
