Job Description
Join a highly respected behavioral health clinic in Southern Michigan, where your work will have a lasting impact—and your life outside of medicine is just as important. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or a hybrid telehealth model, we'll help you create a schedule that fits.
The Opportunity
Choose your model: part-time, full-time, in-person, or telehealth hybrid
Zero in-person call requirements — after-hours needs are phone-only and rare
Work with a collaborative care team of physicians, nurses, and MAs in a supportive, mission-focused clinic
A meaningful, community-based role where you're not just a provider—you're a partner in care
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary with bonus potential and annual increases
Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and more
Up to 125 days off per year: 16 vacation days, 13 holidays, 6 personal days, and 90 sick days
Student loan support: NHSC-approved site and PSLF eligible
Robust retirement plan with generous employer contributions
All the support and stability of a respected nonprofit clinic
The Community
Cost of living ~10% below national average means more for what matters
Safe, family-oriented neighborhoods with excellent public and private schools
Easy access to both suburban comforts and outdoor escapes
Pro sports, local dining, and cultural events all within reach
Whether you want a yard, a view, or a walkable downtown—you'll find your fit here
