Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents.
• Serve as Collaborating Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) within the child and adolescent programs.
• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide consultation to clinical staff regarding diagnosis, treatment, and complex clinical issues.
• Engage in case reviews and team meetings to promote integrated care.
• Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry – REQUIRED
• Ohio MD/DO License – REQUIRED
• DEA License – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice/license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
