Job Description
- Serves as Chief Clinical Advisor to the department on behavioral health clinical areas
- Provides clinical oversight and is the clinical authority for County direct service programs
- Reviews and evaluates County and contracted behavioral health services for conformance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards
