The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, using the myEvolv EMR system and piloting a new scheduling software called "Just In Time." Providers are expected to maintain a 6070% productivity rate and supervise up to two PMHNPs. The MDs primary role is to conduct initial evaluations and determine whether patients require ongoing MD care or can be managed by a PMHNP. While no administrative time is initially allocated, this may be discussed after a few weeks. On-site coverage is strongly preferred, though hybrid options will be considered.
