Older Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist Locums Job in Southern California

Details/Requirements:
*Adult outpatient coverage for 8 hours/one day a week on Wednesdays starting ASAP and ongoing. 
*For older adults, patient ages are 60 and up.
*Hours: 7:30AM - 6:00PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00AM – 4:30PM on Fridays.
*No call.
*You do NOT have to be fellowship trained in geriatric psychiatry.
*Outpatient psychiatry plus some coordination of care with primary care doctors for patients who also have medical issues in addition to a psychiatric diagnosis.
*Initial evaluations are one hour each.
*Medication follow ups are 30 minutes each.
*Electronic medical record system, so you must be computer savvy.
*Three-month minimum assignments preferred, but the longer the assignment the better.
*Prefer candidates who have an interest in working with older adults.
