We have openings in Denver, Loveland, Greeley, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canyon City.

Practice Details

• Physicians round on patients in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.?
• Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational &; Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology?
• Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities seven days a week?
• Providers utilize innovative technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly in EHR

Offer Details

• Guaranteed base salary
• Bonus incentives

• Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
