Psychiatry job located in WILMINGTON, Delaware

Post acute care facility in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their team. This autonomous position involves primary care rounding in two SNFs and one assisted living facility. Packed with wonderful things to do, Wilmington offers museums, cultural attractions, festivals, a vibrant local dining scene, and is located halfway between NYC and DC. Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care.  Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services.  Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery.  Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners.  Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care.  Flexible rounding schedule.  Uncapped earning potential.
