Job Description
- Medication Management - Clinic Setting
- Outpatient/Telehealth
- Collaboration with PMHNP Staff
POSITION: Psychiatrist (full-time or part-time available)
COMPANY: Klarity
LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN (Castleton)
Since 2016, Klarity has been dedicated to providing innovative treatments such as IV/IM ketamine, Spravato intranasal esketamine, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for patients with various mood disorders and treatment-resistant mental health conditions.
Klarity has grown to 2 Indy-area locations in Greenwood and Castleton and is now seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to expand our services and begin offering psychotherapy and medication management.

Details:
- Klarity – Castleton: Located at 82nd St. & I-69, 1 mile from Community North campus.
- 100% Outpatient
- 8am to 4:30pm M-F, No Call, No Weekends, No Evenings
- Hybrid role with virtual care available
- Small, supportive team consisting of an MD, PMHNPs, FNPs, RNs, & MAs

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions via psychotherapy and medication management.
- Recommend and educate patients on the various interventional treatments provided at Klarity including ketamine therapy, Spravato, and TMS
- Collaborate with, consult, and supervise small team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHMPs)
- Accurately chart and keep detailed treatment notes in Klarity’s EMR software.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree, MD or DO, from an accredited institution.
- Psychiatry Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with valid medical license to practice in Indiana.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and mentorship to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)
- Willingness to learn and receive additional training in various innovative mental health treatments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
