Permanent Medical Director of Psychiatry Job in Western Maryland

Position Overview:
A leading psychiatric group is seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and expand system-wide behavioral health services in Western Maryland. This high-impact role involves integrating comprehensive psychiatric programs and developing an industry-leading interventional psychiatry program. The CMO will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and program integration, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the network.

Program Highlights:
--80+ Inpatient Beds
--18-bed adult unit
--6 crisis beds
--60 inpatient beds with planned growth
--Partial Hospitalization Program
--Mental Health Urgent Care (walk-in)
--Outpatient Psychiatry Practice across three counties
--New Psychiatry Residency Program
--Interventional Psychiatry, including TMS and ETC
--As the new CMO, you’ll help build Maryland’s premier children’s hospital for mental health conditions and position our institution as a national leader in mental health services.
