A Group of Nursing Homes are seeking Psychiatric NP or PA to provide coverage 30 hours per week.
About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in West of Boston, Massachusetts.
About the Clinician's WorkdayPsych APP needed to provide coverage for several geriatric facilities for 4-5 months, managing a patient load of about 150 clients. The role involves collaboration with DONs, social workers, and MDs at the nursing homes, as well as participation in a CHL-based team with monthly staff meetings. Services include therapy and medication consultation across seven nursing homes located in Natick, Northboro, Marlboro, and Worcester, MA. EMR is Carelogic. Local providers are preferred, and an active MA license, DEA, and CSR are required.
