Contract Psychiatrist (1099) – Hybrid Role with TMS & Spravato Supervision

Compensation: 70/30 split (provider receives 70% of collected revenue)
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time | On-site 2–3 Days/Week Required | Remote/Telehealth Option Available

We are dedicated to whole-person care and specialize in trauma-informed therapy, psychiatric services, addiction recovery, and interventional treatments such as TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Spravato (esketamine).

Our practice is rooted in the belief that healing requires collaboration, compassion, and access to the most effective treatments. We are seeking a mission-aligned Contract Psychiatrist to join our growing team and help expand access to cutting-edge psychiatric care.

Position Summary:

We are hiring an experienced independently licensed psychiatrist to provide psychiatric care and clinical oversight of TMS and Spravato treatments. This position offers flexibility, meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to participate in innovative psychiatric interventions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management (telehealth and in-person)

• Provide clinical supervision of TMS and Spravato treatment protocols

• Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines are followed

• Collaborate closely with therapists, nurse practitioners, and naturopathic providers

• Maintain clear and timely documentation in the EHR system

• Participate in optional case consultation and team development meetings

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted Minnesota license in good standing

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health

• Familiarity with or willingness to be trained in Spravato and TMS protocols

• Independently licensed and eligible to work under a 1099 contract

• Maintain current professional liability insurance

• Current DEA license (X-waiver preferred but not required)

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously in a hybrid model

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and complex comorbidities

• Familiarity with functional or integrative psychiatry

• Experience supervising or co-managing neuromodulation treatments

• Comfort working in diverse, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ affirming environments
