The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care Monday through Friday with day shift hours and no call requirements. Clinical duties include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing medications for court-committed patients with complex psychiatric needs in a facility with consistent census. The Clinical Director role involves 95% direct patient care with no production standards and no H&Ps required, allowing focus on quality care rather than volume while collaborating with experienced APRNs and a multidisciplinary team.
